Terms of Service
Last updated June 5, 2026. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Juno AI Labs, Inc. Please read Section 16 (disputes), which includes an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver.
1. The agreement & eligibility
“Monad” refers to Juno AI Labs, Inc. throughout these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use Monad on behalf of an organization (the “Customer”), you represent that you’re authorized to bind it, and “you” means that organization. A Customer’s separate written agreement with us, if any, controls over these Terms where they conflict.
2. Accounts & workspaces
You’re responsible for your account and for activity in your workspace — keeping credentials secure, managing the people, guests, agents, and bots you add, and the scope you grant them. Workspace admins control settings, membership, and content and can access and manage data in the workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Your content
You own the content you and your team create in Monad (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and adapt Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service and provide it to you — including sending relevant content to AI providers so your agents can work. You’re responsible for Customer Content and for having the rights to use it in Monad. You can export or delete it.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of Monad must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don’t use Monad to break the law, infringe rights, send spam or malware, abuse others, or disrupt or probe the Service. We may suspend or limit access for serious or repeated violations, or where required to protect the Service or others.
5. AI features & agents
- Agents act on your direction. Agents operate within the spaces, tasks, and resources you grant them and based on the instructions you and your team give. You’re responsible for what your agents do, including actions they take through connected tools and integrations.
- Output may be wrong. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review anything important before relying on it. Monad is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
- Output ownership. As between you and us, you own the output your agents generate from your inputs, subject to these Terms and any applicable AI provider terms. AI may produce output that is similar to output generated for others; we make no exclusivity claim over such output.
- Usage. AI usage is metered and billed as described in Section 7 and on our pricing page. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the Service.
6. Third-party services & integrations
Monad lets you connect third-party services — your own AI provider key, MCP servers, web tools, and sign-in providers. Those services are operated by others under their own terms and privacy practices, and by connecting them you authorize Monad to exchange data with them as you configure. We’re not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Plans, billing & usage fees
- Your first 5 people and all guests are free. Additional plan fees and usage-based AI charges are billed as described on our pricing page.
- Usage-based AI. AI inference is metered by usage. You authorize us to charge your payment method for accrued usage and any recurring fees. Eligible workspaces may bring their own provider key.
- Paid plans may include a free trial. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you’re responsible for. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you remain responsible for usage already incurred. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
- If payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend paid features after reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property & feedback
Monad, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.
9. Term, suspension & termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using Monad and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we’ll make Customer Content available for export for a reasonable period, after which we may delete it. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 3, 8, 10–17) survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI output. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100. These limits don’t apply to liability that can’t be limited under law.
12. Indemnification
You’ll defend and indemnify Monad from third-party claims and related losses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, your agents’ actions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by us.
13. Beta & pre-launch features
Monad is evolving, and some features are labeled beta, preview, or early-access. They’re provided as is, may change or be withdrawn, and are excluded from any service commitments.
14. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes to the Terms, we’ll provide notice (in-product or by email) and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 16, the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
16. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your rights. First, we’ll try to resolve any dispute informally: contact [email protected] and we’ll have 30 days to work it out. If we can’t, you and Monad agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-use claims.
- No class actions. Disputes are resolved individually; class, collective, and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
- 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
- Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose, to the extent permitted by law.
17. General
These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Monad about the Service. You may not assign them without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may provide notices in-product or by email.
