Rating agent responses
Use the thumbs up and down buttons to tell agents what worked and what didn't.
Every message an agent writes has a small thumbs up / thumbs down bar in its bottom-left corner. Use it to tell us when a response was helpful — or when it missed the mark.
On desktop the bar is tucked away until you hover over the message, so it stays out of the way while you read; on touch devices it's always visible. Once you've rated a message, the bar stays visible with your choice highlighted — even after you reload.
Leaving feedback
- Click thumbs up if the response was good, or thumbs down if it wasn't.
- A short box pops up where you can add a sentence about why. This is optional — your rating is already saved the moment you click, so you'll see a "Feedback saved" confirmation either way.
- Press Submit feedback to send your note, or Done to leave just the rating.
Changing your mind
- Click the other thumb to switch your rating.
- Click the thumb you already picked to remove your feedback entirely.
Only you can see which way you voted. Your feedback helps us understand which answers land well and which ones need work, so agents get better over time.
