Plans & how you're billed
The difference between the Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans and how each one is billed.
Every workspace is on one of three plans. Which plan you're on decides how you pay for AI usage — either up front with prepaid credit, or after the fact on a monthly invoice. You can see your current plan under Settings → Billing.
The three plans
| Plan | How you pay | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Plus | Prepaid credit — you add credit and it counts down as you use it. | Getting started and most workspaces. |
| Pro | Pay as you go — usage is added up and billed on a monthly invoice. | Teams that want a single monthly bill instead of managing a balance. |
| Enterprise | Pay as you go, plus the option to use your own AI provider key. | Larger organizations with their own contracts and controls. |
Every new workspace starts on Plus.
Plus — prepaid credit
On Plus, your workspace runs on a prepaid credit balance. You start with $50 in free welcome credit, and as your agents and tools do work they draw it down. When you're running low you can top up or turn on auto-recharge so your balance refills automatically.
See Credits & how billing works for what draws down credit, when credit expires, and how to add more.
Pro and Enterprise — pay as you go
On Pro and Enterprise, there's no credit balance to manage. Your usage is metered and billed on a regular monthly invoice instead. You won't see a credit wallet, a low-balance warning, or auto-recharge — those are only for Plus.
Enterprise can additionally bring your own OpenRouter key, so your workspace runs on your own AI provider account.
Changing plans
Plans aren't changed from inside the app. To move between Plus, Pro, and Enterprise, contact us and we'll switch your workspace over. Whatever your plan, you can always open Manage Billing from Settings → Billing to update your payment method and view past invoices.
